Eligibility for Return – Products can be returned within 3 days of purchase if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Defective Products – If a product is defective, it must be reported within 48 hours for replacement or warranty support.
Non-Returnable Items – Opened phones, software-activated devices, and accessories without packaging cannot be returned.
Refund Process – Approved returns are processed via original payment method within 7 working days.
